To develop functional room layout and to arrange all necessary for life, in a small apartment. To design comfortable interior for a young couple, in 42 sq.m Smart-apartments, which located in the Fayna Town residential complex.

As the developer scrupulously thought apartment‘s layout, so it was made a decision to change nothing radically, only to remove the wall with the door to combine a lobby and a living room into one space. Besides materials which was used in a project, large panoramic windows that fill the apartment by the light and allow to contemplate incredibly beautiful promenade of a residential community became the main feature. In spite of small sizes, the apartment contains 5 zones, such as: lobby, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.The wardrobe for keeping your own things is located along the corridor. All necessary equipment which was successfully placed in a niche in the kitchen zone, gave the kitchen an unusually compact look. It gave a possibility to place easily , dinner-table and sofa near the panoramic window. The small bedroom include a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is manned by all necessity, including a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a boiler. Lateral illumination and combination of natural materials such as white marble, wood veneer for furniture facades, and textiles attach additional charm.
