Task
To develop the exclusive design project for a successful young business-lady. Creating the comfortable and stylish space in the premium-class Residential Complex, we decided to emphasize on the modern trend solutions.
Solution
Royal Tower is a clubhouse in the center of Kiev. It's an elite housing with high standards of living, designed with the participation of a fashionable English architect. To make the apartment interior match the owner and the house, we utilized the Luxury Contemporary style with the use of high-quality materials. We engineered a studio with a sitting-room zone and a bedroom with a spacious wardrobe. Owing to non-typical planning, the sanitary room turned out to have enough space to house a shower cabin and a bathtub. Embodying the owner's wishes, we created the recreation and hookah- smoking zone on the balcony, using the fire-proof finishing materials. The apartment is staffed with everything necessary for an active, successful girl with "iron" temper.
